Houston we have lift off.
As part of the 50th anniversary of the first Apollo Moon Landing, this project inspired kids in the future of space exploration. In collaboration with Nick Mortimer and the Joy of Sets, we created a tool-kit for space exploration out of everyday recycled objects. Getting back to the basics at 1:1 scale and thinking through making. Blast Off engaged children’s creativity, rapidly responding to children’s ideas while enabling pubilc access to art and design.
